Obtained by completing the quest “Unfathomable Depths”, given at the Riften docks by From-Deepest-Fathoms. Related: Sailor’s Repose || Sinderion’s Serendipidity The blacksmithing part was new to me, awesome! I just wonder - do i have to wear Dwemer armor while i smith to get the increase…  ?

    No, you don’t, and currently this Effect is “broken” and will give you the Armor bonus even if you aren’t wearing...
