No, you don’t, and currently this Effect is “broken” and will give you the Armor bonus even if you aren’t wearing Dwarven Armor. The Blacksmithing also appears to be broken, and will instead give you a 15% boost to creating items, instead of increasing your skill. Thanks for the infos! Not that i would even notice any differences… i’m still overwhelmed by the level of detail in this game. ;) Is stuff like this in a bug list or have you noticed it?
